Defect: Timing bell will not ring at end of timing cycle
The timer bell is off-center, or, not in the correct position.
The timer is defective and must be replaced.
Loosen nut on the backside of the bell and recenter. Or, loosen nut on timer shaft, and rotate timer until the top mark is at the 12:00 position.
Replace timer, if necessary.
