Acme’s return and refund policy is forgiving and straight forward.
Returns are easy and at no-risk
Every Acme device qualifies for a no-questions asked 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Should a device not meet your expectations, or present a defect within the first 30 days, simply contact us through a support platform and we’ll arrange getting the device returned for a full refund. We are unable to accept returns after this 30-day period. Acme recommends installing, and utilizing your new device(s) immediately after delivery to ensure the device meets or exceeds your expectations.
We may require fragile devices or systems to be returned via a partnered FedEx Office™ location nearby your shipping address for professional packing services.
Acme will accept returns within 30-days from device/item delivery for a full and expeditious refund credited back to the original payment method. We are unable to issue refunds after the initial return period concludes, except in cases where extended warranty coverage applies, at the sole discretion of Acme Revival.
