Acme guarantees every device’s operation for a period of 365 days.

Every device purchased on the Acme Revival (acmerevival.com) network qualifies for our standard 1-Year Warranty Protection. If something should happen to your device causing a malfunction– whether its faulty manufacturing, an accident, or a result from normal-use– you’re covered for 1-year from the date of purchase.

Depending on the specifics of the device, a device under valid warranty will be repaired. If we’re unable to repair your device within 14 days of arrival at an Acme facility, you’ll instead receive a refund for the device purchased.

Although it will depend on the specific device, most warranty protections are underwritten by the Allstate® Insurance Company.

With Acme’s Extended Warranty, your device is protected for a period of 720-days.

Purchasing Acme’s Extended Warranty Coverage will extend our guarantee for a period of 2-years from the date of purchase. Acme’s extended warranty follows the same procedure as our standard 1-year warranty coverage.

 

Here’s some of the terms that govern this warranty policy:

Acme Revival warranty coverage protects the value of your device- based on the original value paid- via remedies including repair or refund of the original purchase amount.

Either Acme Revival warranty coverages do not cover:

(i) Improper installation, removal or disposal of the Covered Equipment, or the provision of equipment while the Covered Equipment is being serviced;

(ii) Damage caused by (a) a product that is not the Covered Equipment (b) abuse, misuse, liquid contact as a result of natural phenomenon, fire, earthquake or other external cause, (c) operating the Covered Equipment outside the permitted or intended uses described by the manufacturer, or (d) service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Acme or a Acme Authorized Service Provider;

(iii) Covered Equipment with a serial number that has been altered, defaced or removed, or has been modified to alter its functionality or capability without the written permission of the manufacturer;

(iv) Covered Equipment that has been lost or stolen or transferred to another party. This Plan only covers Covered Equipment that is returned to Acme in its entirety;

(v) Cosmetic damage to the Covered Equipment including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports;

(vi) Consumable parts, such as batteries, lightbulbs, or disposable accessories;

(vii) Preventative maintenance on the Covered Equipment;

(viii) Loss of revenue as a direct or indirect result of covered equipment loss or interrupted use

 

At the sole discretion of Acme Revival, your device/equipment may be repaired, or refunded under valid warranty coverage. Depending on the condition of the instrument, it may need to be sent into one of Acme Revival’s facilities for service and/or repair. In the event this is required, it is your responsibility to ensure proper packing for safe transit.

Before receiving warranty service, Acme Revival or its agents may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow Acme Revival’s procedures for obtaining warranty service. Before submitting your item for warranty service you should maintain a separate backup copy of the contents of its storage media, remove all personal information that you want to protect and disable all security passwords.
