Sale items are first come first serve and cannot be reserved
Anybody can add a device to their shopping cart, but whoever finalizes their order first is the one who will receive the item. Unfortunately, Acme is unable to hold items while they are in someone’s cart or otherwise.
How to increase your chances of getting what you want
Most devices are added to the sale platform between 8am (PST) and 11am (PST). We recommend refreshing the Sale page often, and completing checkout swiftly to ensure a device is not purchased by another user. Sale items on average sell within 5 days of being listed.
