Untraditional repair.
There's a reason repair options are generally unavailable for sophisticated technology: they're difficult, expensive, and sometimes not even possible. Manufacturers aren't motivated to provide repair options after warranties expire, and in-house U.S. repair labor is often more expensive than simply sending a replacement. We've studied these challenges, analyzed the data, and developed a practical solution built on an internet platform, a network of technicians, and extensive research and data collection.

When repair isn't possible, economical, or fast enough, we'll provide alternative options, such as replacement with an identical unit at a discount, or trade-in offers for parts to help offset losses.
