Revival’s flat-rate repair service is a best-effort attempt to diagnose and repair the reported issue. The advertised price covers technician labor only and will not increase.
If replacement parts are required, we’ll provide a separate quote for your approval before proceeding. If we can’t complete the repair, your labor charge will be refunded. A separate $25 Repair Network Service Fee applies, along with return shipping & handling. These charges are non-refundable.
