Endorphin.es repair, service, and parts

Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.

Endorphin.es is a Barcelona-based boutique electronic musical-instrument manufacturer operating legally as Furth Barcelona, S.L. Founded by engineer and hardware designer Andreas Zhukovsky, the company specializes primarily in Eurorack modular synthesizer hardware, including oscillators, drum synthesizers, sequencers, mixers, filters, effects processors, MIDI/CV interfaces, complete modular systems, and more recently standalone effects pedals and instruments. The brand began with the Furthrrrr Generator complex oscillator and became particularly recognized in the modular-synth community for products such as the Shuttle System, Queen of Pentacles, Ground Control, Ghost, Golden Master, Grand Terminal, Blck_Noir, and its compact 6HP/1U module ranges. Its designs commonly blend analog signal circuitry with ARM/DSP-based digital processing and emphasize compact layouts, performance-oriented controls, distinctive industrial design, and experimental sound-design capabilities.

2 Most Seen Failures:

Excessive Output Noise / Hiss

Persistent hiss, whine, digital noise, or elevated noise floor is reported on Milky Way, Golden Master, Cockpit, BLCK_NOIR, Grand Terminal, and some Ghost units. Endorphin.es acknowledges an early noisy Milky Way production batch, while owners have reported similar symptoms on several later audio-processing modules.

Audio Distortion / Premature Clipping

Milky Way, Queen of Pentacles, Cockpit, and related audio modules can exhibit unwanted distortion or clipping when input, VCA, saturation, or output stages are driven beyond their usable range. Incorrect rear input-trimmer calibration can also cause signals to distort substantially earlier than expected.

Firmware / Boot Instability

Digital Endorphin.es modules occasionally exhibit freezes, erratic operation, failed updates, or abnormal behavior after firmware changes. Ground Control and Milky Way owners have reported cases requiring firmware reinstallation, factory reset, or SD-card/project-data recreation.

USB / MIDI Recognition Failure

Shuttle Control can fail to enumerate or communicate correctly with computers, MIDI hosts, or connected USB devices. Ground-lift settings, incompatible editor/firmware versions, USB configuration, and firmware problems are common causes of apparent hardware failure.

CV Output Calibration / Pitch Tracking Error

Shuttle Control and Furthrrrr Generator can develop inaccurate 1V/octave behavior, offset CV outputs, or poor oscillator tracking. Shuttle Control provides per-output calibration and Furthrrrr Generator specifically requires recalibration after oscillator-core replacement or when tuning drifts.

Stereo Channel Imbalance / Missing Output

Milky Way and related stereo processors may produce audio predominantly from one channel, an uneven stereo image, or apparently missing output. Stored pan/span parameters, internal settings, calibration, or analog output-stage faults can produce this symptom.

Clock / Synchronization Instability

Ground Control users report external-clock synchronization problems including drifting timing, incorrect sequence starts, skipped events, and inconsistent interaction with other sequencers. Clock-source configuration and firmware revisions can contribute, but persistent synchronization faults are also reported after configuration checks.

MIDI Sequencing / Note Playback Errors

Ground Control can exhibit interfering MIDI tracks, skipped notes, unexpected slides or arpeggiator behavior, and corrupted sequence playback. Endorphin.es notes that firmware/file-format changes can leave incompatible project data that must be deleted or regenerated.

Encoder / Button Control Failure

Cockpit, Ground Control, and other control-dense Endorphin.es modules can develop intermittent or nonresponsive encoder presses, buttons, or mode-selection controls. On Cockpit specifically, proper encoder-button operation is required to access compressor modes, making worn or faulty switches particularly noticeable.

Connect with a technician.

  1. 1 Repairs are performed on a best-effort basis. Acme Revival utilizes a network of sophisticated technicians and engineers with diverse service offerings; despite this, factors that influence the repair outcome may ultimately prove unsuccessful. Acme Revival makes no claim that it can, guarantee a repair before your device is sent in for diagnostic evaluation; even then, repair and diagnostic work are not mutually exclusive. Despite well-intentioned quoting, repairs may still prove unsuccessful.
  2. 2 Per information known, researched and collected by Acme Revival and its systems at time of page publishing (September 29, 2026).
