Electrolux Group repair, service, and parts

Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.

Electrolux Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of household appliances, designing and producing refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, vacuum cleaners and other home-care appliances. The Swedish group markets products under major brands including Electrolux, AEG and Frigidaire, with products sold in roughly 120 markets worldwide. Its business is concentrated on cooking, food preservation, dish care, laundry and home-care equipment, and the company is particularly well known for large residential appliances and its extensive international manufacturing and distribution footprint. In 2025, Electrolux employed approximately 39,000 people worldwide.

2 Most Seen Failures:

Drain Pump / Drainage Failure

Electrolux washers commonly develop slow-drain or no-drain faults from failed drain pumps, clogged pump filters, blocked sump paths, or damaged pump wiring. Typical symptoms include standing water, failure to spin, and E21 or related drainage errors.

Door Lock / Latch Failure

Front-load washers frequently fail to begin or complete cycles when the electronic door-lock assembly, latch switch, or associated wiring becomes defective. The machine may report a door error, remain locked after a cycle, or refuse to spin.

Dryer Heating System Failure

Electrolux dryers commonly experience no-heat or weak-heat conditions caused by failed heating elements, thermal limiters, thermostats, or burner-system components on gas models. The drum may continue turning normally while clothes remain wet or require unusually long drying times.

Refrigerator Cooling / Fan Failure

Loss of refrigeration is frequently associated with failed evaporator or condenser fan motors, airflow restrictions, defrost-system faults, or compressor-related problems. Symptoms include warm compartments, uneven temperatures, high-temperature alarms, or fan-related fault codes.

Ice Maker / Dispenser Failure

Electrolux refrigerators commonly develop low or absent ice production because of ice-maker faults, frozen mechanisms, defective water-inlet components, clogged filters, or dispenser-auger problems. Users may see no ice, reduced production, or an ice dispenser that will not move cubes.

Dishwasher Drain Pump / Sump Failure

Dishwashers frequently retain water when the drain pump, filter, glass trap, sump passage, or drain path becomes obstructed or defective. Electrolux commonly associates these problems with i20 drainage errors and standing water after a cycle.

Dishwasher Circulation Pump Failure

A worn or failed circulation/wash motor can leave Electrolux dishwashers filling normally but producing little or no spray pressure. Poor cleaning, abnormal pump noise, interrupted cycles, and i50-series faults can accompany this failure.

Oven Heating Element / Ignition Failure

Electrolux ranges and wall ovens commonly develop no-heat, slow-heating, or uneven-temperature problems when bake/broil elements, gas igniters, temperature sensors, or their wiring deteriorate. Burned-open elements and weak igniters are particularly common service points.

Electronic Control Board / User Interface Failure

Control electronics across Electrolux washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and cooking appliances can develop relay, communication, keypad, or power-supply faults. Symptoms range from dead or intermittent displays to incorrect operation, error codes, failed heating commands, and appliances that will not start.

Connect with a technician.

  1. 1 Repairs are performed on a best-effort basis. Acme Revival utilizes a network of sophisticated technicians and engineers with diverse service offerings; despite this, factors that influence the repair outcome may ultimately prove unsuccessful. Acme Revival makes no claim that it can, guarantee a repair before your device is sent in for diagnostic evaluation; even then, repair and diagnostic work are not mutually exclusive. Despite well-intentioned quoting, repairs may still prove unsuccessful.
