Divoom Technologies repair, service, and parts

Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.

Shenzhen Divoom Technology Co., Ltd. is a Shenzhen-based consumer-electronics manufacturer founded in 2006 that is best known for combining Bluetooth audio, programmable pixel displays and retro-inspired industrial design. The company designs and manufactures products including pixel-art Bluetooth speakers, LED display panels, desktop displays/gadgets, pixel backpacks and other creative electronic products, with its Ditoo, Tivoo and Pixoo families among its most recognizable lines. Divoom differentiates itself from conventional speaker manufacturers through an integrated pixel-art ecosystem: compatible products can display user-created graphics and animations through the Divoom app and community. The company describes itself as having in-house R&D and its own factory, and regulatory documentation independently supports Divoom being the actual manufacturer rather than simply a brand sourcing finished products from an unrelated OEM. 2 Most Seen Failures:

Wi-Fi / Network Connection Failure

Divoom smart displays—particularly the Pixoo 64—commonly fail to connect, repeatedly disconnect, or become stuck during Wi-Fi configuration. Problems frequently involve 2.4 GHz compatibility, pairing timeouts, failed server connections, or devices remaining indefinitely on the “connecting” screen.

Power-On / Boot Failure

Devices may become completely unresponsive, show a blank display, or fail to complete the startup sequence despite receiving power. Divoom specifically documents unresponsive power/display conditions and Pixoo 64 units that cannot boot.

Charging System Failure

Portable Divoom speakers commonly develop no-charge, intermittent-charge, or abnormally slow charging symptoms. Faults can originate from the USB connector, cable/power compatibility, battery protection circuitry, or internal charging electronics.

Battery Failure / Reduced Runtime

Built-in rechargeable batteries can deteriorate until the device has severely reduced runtime, shuts down unexpectedly, or operates only while externally powered. Divoom identifies battery failure as a service issue and does not normally offer its internal batteries as user-replaceable components.

Bluetooth Pairing / Connection Failure

Bluetooth-equipped models such as Ditoo, Tivoo, and TimeBox may fail to appear, refuse pairing, repeatedly disconnect, or become unstable when establishing a connection. Persistent cases remain after clearing the previous pairing and reconnecting through the Divoom app.

Display / LED Panel Failure

Pixel displays can develop blank screens, abnormal full-panel colors, incorrect pixel output, flickering, or sections of the LED matrix that do not display correctly. Divoom maintains dedicated troubleshooting for Pixoo 64 screen faults and abnormal panel behavior.

Firmware Freeze / Reboot Loop

Some Divoom hardware freezes, becomes unresponsive, repeatedly restarts, or fails to boot normally after firmware or configuration problems. Pixoo 64 reports include infinite restart loops and devices becoming stuck after firmware/network changes.

TF / Internal Storage Failure

Pixoo models using TF/microSD storage can stop recognizing the card, display an unsupported-card error, or fail to load firmware and stored content. Persistent failures may remain even after FAT32 card replacement, reformatting, factory resets, and firmware recovery attempts.

Speaker Audio Distortion / Noisy Output

Divoom speaker models can develop distorted, crackling, buzzing, or otherwise degraded audio output. Divoom specifically identifies “machine noise” and broken/distorted sound as a hardware-support category, with persistent cases potentially involving the speaker driver, amplifier stage, or internal electronics.

Connect with a technician.

  1. 1 Repairs are performed on a best-effort basis. Acme Revival utilizes a network of sophisticated technicians and engineers with diverse service offerings; despite this, factors that influence the repair outcome may ultimately prove unsuccessful. Acme Revival makes no claim that it can, guarantee a repair before your device is sent in for diagnostic evaluation; even then, repair and diagnostic work are not mutually exclusive. Despite well-intentioned quoting, repairs may still prove unsuccessful.
