The company builds systems around components from major technology suppliers such as Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA and offers extensive configuration options so buyers can select processors, graphics cards, memory, storage, cooling, cases, and other components. Its core market is PC gaming, including mainstream gamers, enthusiasts, esports players, streamers, and content creators, although it has also supplied workstation systems for businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, and other professional users. CyberPowerPC describes itself as a major North American gaming-system OEM, with its systems distributed both directly and through large electronics retailers.
System powers on with fans and lighting active, but the monitor receives no signal or intermittently loses video. Common hardware causes include a poorly seated or failed GPU, RAM connection problems, PCIe issues, or GPU power-delivery faults.
The PC abruptly powers off or reboots during gaming or other GPU/CPU-intensive workloads. Power-supply instability, overheating, loose power connections, or excessive component power draw are common causes.
The graphics card develops black screens, visual artifacts, driver crashes, intermittent signal loss, or complete loss of video output. Failures can originate from the GPU itself, its PCIe connection, power delivery, or graphics memory.
CPU temperatures rise excessively and cause throttling, freezing, shutdowns, or thermal warnings. Failed or poorly mounted coolers, pump problems, damaged fans, restricted airflow, and dust accumulation are common contributors.
The system becomes completely unresponsive, intermittently loses power, or fails when component load increases. A defective PSU, failed power connection, or unstable power delivery can prevent startup or cause sudden shutdowns.
Faulty, unstable, or improperly seated memory causes failed POST, freezes, application crashes, BSODs, or boot loops. Individual DIMMs or memory slots may fail while the rest of the system continues functioning normally.
Fans and LEDs may activate but the computer never completes POST or reaches the operating system. Motherboard, RAM, CPU, GPU, BIOS/CMOS, or power-delivery faults can produce this condition.
The system repeatedly produces Windows blue screens, freezes, or games unexpectedly crash to the desktop. Unstable RAM, graphics drivers, GPU faults, storage corruption, overheating, and other hardware instability can produce these symptoms.
Case fans, CPU fans, or an AIO liquid-cooling pump stop operating correctly, become noisy, or provide insufficient cooling. The resulting loss of airflow or coolant circulation can cause high temperatures, throttling, crashes, and eventual thermal shutdown.
