Cooler Master repair, service, and parts

Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.

Cooler Master Co., Ltd. is a Taiwanese computer-hardware and thermal-solutions manufacturer best known for PC cases, CPU air coolers, all-in-one liquid coolers, cooling fans, power supplies, and gaming peripherals, alongside OEM/ODM thermal products supplied to other technology manufacturers. The company emphasizes vertically integrated engineering, operating its own R&D, testing laboratories, tooling, and manufacturing capabilities rather than functioning solely as a consumer electronics brand. Its best-known enthusiast products include the Hyper series CPU coolers, MasterLiquid liquid-cooling systems, HAF and MasterBox/MasterFrame chassis, MasterFan products, and MWE/V-series power supplies. Beyond DIY PCs and gaming, Cooler Master's parent/manufacturing organization develops thermal-management systems for servers, AI and cloud-computing infrastructure, telecommunications, automotive electronics, renewable-energy systems, and consumer electronics/IoT. Its industrial portfolio now includes cold plates, server fans, liquid-cooling loops, immersion cooling and coolant distribution units (CDUs), including thermal solutions associated with NVIDIA MGX infrastructure.

2 Most Seen Failures:

AIO Pump Failure

MasterLiquid liquid coolers can develop failed, weak, or intermittent pumps, resulting in rapidly rising CPU temperatures, thermal throttling, pump noise, or complete loss of coolant circulation. Pump motor/bearing wear, electrical failure, or internal blockage are typical causes.

Cooling Fan Bearing Failure

MasterFan, SickleFlow, AIO radiator, and case fans commonly develop rattling, grinding, ticking, or excessive vibration as their bearings wear. Advanced failures can cause unstable RPM, difficulty starting, or a completely stalled fan.

ARGB / RGB Lighting Failure

Cooler Master fans, AIO pump heads, and cases can develop dead LEDs, flickering, incorrect colors, or lighting that no longer synchronizes correctly. Failed LEDs, damaged ARGB wiring, connectors, splitters, or onboard lighting circuitry are common hardware causes.

ARGB Controller / Hub Failure

Cooler Master RGB and ARGB controllers can stop powering connected lighting or cease communicating with the host system. Symptoms include controllers disappearing from software, lighting becoming stuck on a default effect, or connected LEDs remaining completely dark.

Power Supply No-Power Failure

MWE, V-series, Elite, and other Cooler Master PSUs can fail to start or cease producing one or more required output rails. Common internal faults include degraded capacitors, switching-device failure, damaged standby circuitry, or protection circuitry remaining latched.

Power Supply Intermittent Shutdown

A failing Cooler Master PSU may cause random shutdowns, reboots, failure under GPU/CPU load, or intermittent startup problems. Aging capacitors, unstable regulation, overheating components, or protection-circuit faults are typical underlying causes.

Mouse Switch Double-Click Failure

Cooler Master gaming mice can develop worn primary-button microswitches that register unintended double clicks, release while held, or intermittently fail to register. Mechanical switch contact degradation is generally the primary hardware fault.

Keyboard Key / Switch Failure

Cooler Master mechanical keyboards can develop individual keys that chatter, double-register, intermittently respond, or stop responding entirely. Worn switches, contaminated contacts, damaged hot-swap sockets, or PCB/solder-joint faults are typical causes.

Monitor Panel / Display Failure

Cooler Master monitors can develop dead or stuck pixels, abnormal lines, overlapping or corrupted images, intermittent displays, or complete loss of picture. Panel defects, internal power circuitry, backlight components, or display-control electronics can be responsible.

1 Acme Revival offers repair, service, and part rebuild opportunities for most Cooler Master devices.

Connect with a technician.

  1. 1 Repairs are performed on a best-effort basis. Acme Revival utilizes a network of sophisticated technicians and engineers with diverse service offerings; despite this, factors that influence the repair outcome may ultimately prove unsuccessful. Acme Revival makes no claim that it can, guarantee a repair before your device is sent in for diagnostic evaluation; even then, repair and diagnostic work are not mutually exclusive. Despite well-intentioned quoting, repairs may still prove unsuccessful.
  2. 2 Per information known, researched and collected by Acme Revival and its systems at time of page publishing (September 24, 2026).
