Clogged or Failed Water Wicks
The capillary wicks stop transferring water from the reservoir to the plant pods, leaving pods dry despite water being present. Hard-water deposits and root intrusion are common causes.
Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.
Click & Grow OÜ is an Estonian consumer-electronics and indoor-gardening OEM best known for its automated “Smart Garden” systems. The company develops and produces countertop indoor gardens that combine LED grow lighting, self-watering reservoirs, and its proprietary Smart Soil/plant-pod system to let consumers grow herbs, vegetables, flowers, and other plants indoors with minimal maintenance. Its product portfolio includes Smart Garden devices, self-watering planters, accessories, and pre-seeded plant pods. Click & Grow positions itself around automated, hyper-local food growing for homes and offices and sells its products internationally through direct-to-consumer and retail channels.
The capillary wicks stop transferring water from the reservoir to the plant pods, leaving pods dry despite water being present. Hard-water deposits and root intrusion are common causes.
Wicks become displaced too high or too low inside the plant cups and lose proper contact with either the reservoir or growing medium. This interrupts water delivery and causes individual pods to dry out.
The mechanical water-level indicator becomes stuck and displays an incorrect reservoir level. Mineral and hard-water buildup around the float is a common cause.
The grow lamp stops illuminating even though the garden is connected to power. Reported cases include lamps that suddenly stop functioning after previously operating normally.
LED lamps flash, flicker, dim, or otherwise operate inconsistently. Connection faults, lamp electronics, power delivery, or control-system problems can produce this behavior.
The automatic lighting schedule operates at incorrect times or fails to maintain its normal on/off cycle. A full power reset is an official troubleshooting step when the automatic schedule malfunctions.
The garden receives insufficient or no electrical power because of a defective adapter, cable, connection, or power path. A dead or unstable adapter indicator is specifically used to diagnose this failure on Click & Grow 25 hardware.
Smart Garden 9 Pro lamps fail to pair with or reconnect to a phone, preventing app-based lighting control. Persistent cases may require clearing paired devices or performing a factory reset.
Click & Grow 25's electronic water-level sensor stops communicating reliably with the main controller or loses power as its battery is depleted. The sensor may require battery replacement and re-pairing with the controller.
