The company describes itself as a manufacturer with in-house R&D focused on professional and consumer audio solutions. Its portfolio centers on wireless and wired microphones—including lavalier, shotgun, on-camera, studio, USB and UHF systems—along with wireless/wired intercom systems, headphones, audio interfaces, and music/stage-audio equipment. CKMOVA products target applications including video production, broadcasting, live streaming, content creation, stage performance, DSLR/camera systems, smartphones and computers. The company was established in 2015 and reports a relatively small workforce of roughly 11–50 employees.

One or more Wicom E remote headsets may fail to connect to the master headset after startup. CKMOVA identifies firmware/version mismatch or corrupted pairing information as potential causes and recommends clearing and rebuilding the pairing configuration.
The microphone may appear powered and connected while producing no audio at the camera, phone, mixer, or computer. CKMOVA systems use device-specific connections such as TRS, TRRS, USB-C, and Lightning, so an incorrect, damaged, or incompatible connection can interrupt the audio path.
USB-C CKMOVA microphones or receivers may not be recognized by some phones even though they are physically connected. Certain Android devices require OTG to be manually enabled before the microphone can operate.
Audio can become excessively quiet, clipped, or distorted when microphone gain, receiver output, or Mic/Line mode is configured incorrectly. Several CKMOVA wireless models provide adjustable gain and selectable Mic/Line input modes specifically within this signal path.
A depleted battery, deteriorated battery, charging-port problem, or insufficient device power can prevent a CKMOVA transmitter, receiver, or headset from starting or remaining operational. CKMOVA wireless products commonly depend on internal rechargeable batteries or USB-C charging, making the power path a critical hardware failure point.
