[Loss of Brewing Pressure]
The machine fails to build or maintain adequate extraction pressure, resulting in watery, weak, or poorly extracted espresso. Reports include pressure gauges no longer rising after a period of normal operation.
Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.
CASABREWS is a consumer home-coffee appliance brand founded in 2020, focused primarily on affordable espresso equipment for residential users. Its core products are semi-automatic espresso machines, supplemented by coffee grinders, capsule machines, milk-frothing functionality and barista accessories. The company positions its machines as a lower-cost way for consumers to make café-style espresso drinks at home and emphasizes compact designs, stainless-steel construction, ease of use and value. CASABREWS develops and markets the products under its own brand while using established Chinese appliance manufacturers for production. Its best-known products include the CM5418, 3700-series, 5700-series and ULTRA espresso machines.
The machine fails to build or maintain adequate extraction pressure, resulting in watery, weak, or poorly extracted espresso. Reports include pressure gauges no longer rising after a period of normal operation.
Water escapes underneath or from the rear/bottom of the machine during filling, purging, or brewing. This can result from the water-tank connection or an internal leak, with some owners reporting substantial leakage even on new units.
Hot water or espresso leaks around the rim of the portafilter instead of flowing exclusively through its spouts. Common contributing points include the brew-head seal, portafilter fit, and sealing surfaces.
The steam wand produces little or no steam, preventing normal milk frothing. Documented causes include steam-system blockage and faults that persist despite adequate water supply.
The machine becomes too hot after steam-wand operation and temporarily prevents another espresso extraction. Affected models may flash their brew indicators and require a cooling flush or waiting period before brewing can resume.
The pump operates inadequately or the machine fails to deliver water through the brew group, leaving espresso dripping extremely slowly or not flowing at all. CASABREWS troubleshooting identifies pumping/flow failures alongside clogged flow paths and water-delivery problems.
A failed internal NTC temperature sensor can render the machine inoperative. On affected models, simultaneous flashing of specific shot buttons serves as the fault indication and manufacturer guidance calls for service.
Failure of the internal flowmeter prevents the machine from operating normally and can cause all control buttons to flash simultaneously. CASABREWS identifies a broken flowmeter as an internal fault requiring customer support/service.
On grinder-equipped CASABREWS models, the grinder can stop functioning and prevent normal bean-to-cup preparation. Owner reports include grinder failure after extended use, while the 5700PRO's integrated grinder design also has documented grounds-clearance and dispensing limitations.
