Brondell repair, service, and parts

Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.

Brondell, Inc. is an American home-wellness and consumer-products company founded in 2003, best known for its Swash electronic bidet toilet seats and related personal-hygiene products. The company develops a broader ecosystem of products focused on healthier and more sustainable homes, including electronic and non-electric bidets, integrated smart bidet toilets, heated toilet seats, water-filtration systems, air purifiers, filtered and water-saving showerheads, and kitchen/bath fixtures. Brondell positions its products around hygiene, water and air quality, resource conservation, and accessible home wellness. Its hardware is produced through overseas manufacturing partners, with Brondell confirming South Korean production for many electric Swash models and Chinese production for several non-electric bidet lines. The company remains particularly associated with bringing Asian-style electronic bidet-seat technology into the North American consumer market.

2 Most Seen Failures:

Wash Function Will Not Start

Brondell electric bidet seats commonly fail to initiate a wash cycle due to seat-sensor faults, clogged inlet mesh filters, restricted water supply, or water-heater/control failures. This issue appears across numerous Swash models including the CL1700, S1400, S1000, SE600, LS1800, and related platforms.

Low or No Water Pressure

Weak or absent spray is commonly caused by clogged mesh filters, contaminated nozzles, restricted supply valves, blocked T-valves, or insufficient incoming water pressure. Mineral buildup and filter restriction can progressively reduce flow until the wash function becomes ineffective.

Water Leakage

Leaks commonly develop around T-valves, supply hoses, inlet connections, filter interfaces, tank plugs, or internal bidet plumbing. Missing or damaged washers, loose fittings, improper installation, and deteriorated seals are frequent causes.

Remote Control Failure

Wireless remotes may stop controlling the bidet because of depleted batteries, lost pairing, communication faults, or remote-control electronics failure. Some models require the remote to be manually re-paired with the seat after a power interruption or reset.

No Power / Unit Will Not Start

Brondell electronic bidets and air purifiers can become completely unresponsive due to GFCI trips, outlet problems, power-supply faults, improperly installed covers or filters, or internal electrical failure. Power cycling or factory resetting is commonly specified before internal hardware failure is suspected.

Nozzle Malfunction

Bidet nozzles may fail to extend, retract, spray correctly, or produce adequate pressure because of contamination, mineral deposits, clogged filters, insufficient water pressure, or actuator-related problems. Regular nozzle and inlet-filter cleaning is frequently required to restore normal operation.

Seat or Water Heating Failure

Heated bidet seats may stop producing warm water or seat heat because of incorrect temperature settings, Eco Mode operation, water-heater failure, or heating/control-system faults. Heater-related problems can also prevent the wash function from operating normally on some models.

Abnormal Noise / Pump or Flow Noise

Brondell water filtration systems and air purifiers may develop unusual operating noises due to overdue filters, restricted flow, contamination, improper maintenance, or pressure-regulation problems. Persistent abnormal noise after cleaning or filter service can indicate an internal mechanical problem.

Water Filtration Flow / Filter Performance Failure

Brondell Circle and Capella filtration systems can develop reduced performance, abnormal water appearance, premature filter indicators, particles in the water, or pressure-related problems as filters become exhausted or damaged. Filter restriction, carbon release, trapped air, sensor corrosion, and overdue filter replacement are recurring causes.

Connect with a technician.

  1. 1 Repairs are performed on a best-effort basis. Acme Revival utilizes a network of sophisticated technicians and engineers with diverse service offerings; despite this, factors that influence the repair outcome may ultimately prove unsuccessful. Acme Revival makes no claim that it can, guarantee a repair before your device is sent in for diagnostic evaluation; even then, repair and diagnostic work are not mutually exclusive. Despite well-intentioned quoting, repairs may still prove unsuccessful.
