AUKEY DR-series dash cameras may produce missing, shortened, or corrupted video files even though the camera appears to be recording. Worn microSD cards, interrupted power, failing storage circuitry, or inability to properly finalize the current video file can cause this failure.
AUKEY dash cameras such as the DR01 and DR02 may repeatedly lose the clock, date, language, or configuration after vehicle power is removed. A failed internal backup battery, capacitor-related circuitry, or nonvolatile-memory fault is typically responsible.
AUKEY dash cameras may lock up, stop recording, restart unexpectedly, or operate intermittently after running for a period of time. Heat, unstable power connections, defective rear-camera hardware or cabling, failing capacitors, and storage faults are common contributors.
