Array Networks repair, service, and parts

Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.

Array Networks is a U.S.-based networking and cybersecurity OEM specializing in enterprise application delivery and secure application access infrastructure. Its hardware and software portfolio includes APV Series application delivery controllers/load balancers, AG Series secure access gateways/SSL VPN appliances, AVX Series network-functions platforms, web application and API protection, zero-trust access, multi-cloud networking, and related cybersecurity solutions. Array's equipment is primarily deployed in enterprise data centers, cloud environments, telecom networks, government organizations and other environments requiring high application availability, traffic management, acceleration and secure remote access. The company reports more than 5,000 customer deployments worldwide and increasingly positions its platform around integrated application delivery, multi-cloud networking, API protection, zero-trust security and AI infrastructure.

2 Most Seen Failures:

Power Supply Module Failure

Internal PSU modules fail or become unstable, causing power loss, unexpected shutdowns, boot failures, or redundant-power warnings. Array's APV hardware specifically reports failed power modules through system warnings and PSU status LEDs.

Cooling Fan Failure

CPU or chassis cooling fans can stop, slow down, or become intermittent with age. ArrayOS explicitly monitors CPU fan failure as a hardware fault because loss of airflow can quickly lead to overheating and shutdown.

CPU / System Overheating

Restricted airflow, failed fans, dust buildup, or deteriorating cooling components can cause CPU or chassis temperatures to exceed operating limits. Array appliances generate hardware warnings when CPU or system temperature crosses defined thresholds.

HDD / SSD Failure

The internal system drive can develop bad sectors, controller faults, or complete storage failure, resulting in boot problems, filesystem errors, configuration corruption, or an appliance that will not start normally. Older AG/APV platforms were available with HDDs while some configurations supported SSD replacements.

Ethernet NIC / Port Failure

Copper or fiber network interfaces can stop establishing link, intermittently drop connectivity, or accumulate interface errors because of failed PHY, NIC, or interface circuitry. This can appear as unexplained traffic loss even though the appliance itself remains powered and operational.

SFP / Optical Interface Failure

SFP/SFP+ transceivers and their associated interface circuitry can develop no-link, intermittent-link, or excessive-error conditions. Array APV and AG platforms use replaceable optical transceivers across many configurations, making the transceiver an important hardware isolation point during network-port diagnosis.

Unexpected Reboot / Boot Failure

Physical Array appliances may repeatedly restart, freeze during initialization, or fail to complete the boot sequence because of storage, power, thermal, memory, or mainboard faults. Array's historical APV documentation also records conditions in which appliances unexpectedly rebooted during operation.

Mainboard / CPU Platform Failure

Aging motherboard components, voltage-regulation circuitry, memory interfaces, or processor-related circuitry can cause POST failures, freezes, unexplained crashes, or a completely non-responsive appliance. Suspect the system board when known-good power, storage, and cooling components have been eliminated.

Redundant Power / Power-Distribution Fault

Dual-PSU APV and AG models can remain operational while one supply, connector, or internal power path has failed, producing a degraded-redundancy warning rather than an immediate outage. ArrayOS specifically identifies failure of one member of a redundant PSU pair and Array supplies model-specific replacement power modules.

Connect with a technician.

  1. 1 Repairs are performed on a best-effort basis. Acme Revival utilizes a network of sophisticated technicians and engineers with diverse service offerings; despite this, factors that influence the repair outcome may ultimately prove unsuccessful. Acme Revival makes no claim that it can, guarantee a repair before your device is sent in for diagnostic evaluation; even then, repair and diagnostic work are not mutually exclusive. Despite well-intentioned quoting, repairs may still prove unsuccessful.
