Arçelik A.Ş. is a major Turkish multinational appliance OEM founded in 1955 and part of the Koç Group. It designs and manufactures refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and other cooking appliances, air conditioners, small domestic appliances, compressors, televisions and other consumer electronics. Its global portfolio encompasses brands including Arçelik, Beko, Grundig, Blomberg, Arctic, Defy, Dawlance, Altus, Hotpoint, Indesit and Bauknecht, among others. Arçelik is particularly known for large-scale white-goods manufacturing and reports itself as Europe's largest white-goods company by sales volume; it also maintains a substantial engineering operation with more than 2,000 researchers across 28 R&D/design centers and offices.
Washing machines and dishwashers fail to drain because of blocked pump filters, obstructed hoses, damaged pump impellers, or failed drain-pump motors. Typical symptoms are standing water, aborted cycles, wet laundry, and drainage-related error codes.
Refrigerators may stop cooling or struggle to maintain temperature because of compressor, start-device, fan, refrigerant-system, or temperature-control faults. Affected units may run continuously, become unusually warm internally, or fail to start the compressor.

NTC thermistors and compartment temperature sensors can become open, shorted, or inaccurate in refrigerators, washers, dishwashers, and other temperature-controlled Arçelik appliances. The result can be incorrect heating or cooling, abnormal cycle behavior, and temperature-sensor error codes.
Ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers can develop failed heating elements or associated thermal-control faults that prevent them from reaching operating temperature. Common symptoms include an oven that will not heat, cold wash water, poor dish drying, or laundry remaining damp.
Dishwashers and washing machines can develop leaks from hoses, seals, pumps, valves, or internal water connections, sometimes activating the appliance's anti-flood protection. Arçelik dishwasher documentation specifically associates its E01 condition with excess water or leakage into the chassis.
Washing-machine drive systems can suffer motor, tachometer, belt, bearing, or electronic motor-control faults that prevent normal drum rotation or spinning. Symptoms include failure to spin, intermittent rotation, excessive vibration, abnormal noise, or the program stopping under load.
Main control boards, power-supply circuitry, relays, displays, and associated electronics can fail and leave an Arçelik appliance dead, intermittently operational, or unable to execute a program correctly. Typical symptoms include no response to controls, unexplained program interruption, missing outputs despite functioning components, or persistent faults that remain after sensors and loads are checked.
