Bluetooth / App Connection Failure
Fixture will not connect to or repeatedly disconnects from the DeSal Lite+ app. APARO specifically provides Bluetooth-reset procedures, indicating pairing and communication faults are a recurring operational issue.
No Light Output
Control box powers normally but the LED mat or tube produces no illumination. Likely causes include a loose panel-to-controller cable, damaged connector, LED driver failure, or an open circuit within the flexible LED assembly.
Incorrect Color / Partial LED Color Failure
Fixture produces the wrong CCT or RGB color, uneven color, or loses one color channel. Failures can originate in individual RGBWW LED strings, driver channels, flexible-mat conductors, or the controller electronics.
Battery Will Not Charge / Short Runtime
Meteor-series tube lights may fail to charge correctly or deliver substantially reduced operating time as the internal lithium battery ages. USB-C charging circuitry, battery cells, connectors, or the battery-management circuit are the primary likely failure points.
Control Box / Display Failure
Display, adjustment dial, buttons, or menu controls become unresponsive or operate intermittently. Because RADI models consolidate the power supply, display, controls, wireless functions, and LED regulation in one control box, failure there can disable multiple fixture functions simultaneously.
DMX Control Failure
Fixture operates locally but does not respond reliably to wired or wireless DMX commands. Typical causes include damaged XLR/mini-XLR ports, cabling, address/configuration problems, wireless DMX hardware faults, or controller-board communication failure.
Damaged Power or Extension Connector
Repeated setup and teardown can cause loose, bent, or intermittent connectors between the control box, extension cable, and LED fixture. Connection resistance or broken conductors can produce flickering, intermittent output, or complete loss of illumination.
Flexible LED Mat / Inflatable Assembly Damage
RADI Air fixtures can develop damaged flexible conductors, LED sections, diffuser material, or inflatable housings after repeated rolling, folding, transport, or moisture exposure. Symptoms can include dead LED sections, intermittent illumination, inability to maintain the intended shape, or complete panel failure.
