Power Supply (PSU) Failure
System suddenly shuts down, will not power on, or experiences complete PSU failure. Reports include repeated PSU failures, inadequate power delivery, electrical sparking, and tripped household circuits.
Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.
Allied Gaming is an Australian computer hardware OEM and gaming-PC brand focused on designing, assembling, and selling high-performance desktop PCs for gamers and enthusiasts. Its systems range from ready-to-ship and configurable gaming PCs to premium custom builds, using components and technologies from major suppliers including NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel. Allied also offers PC components and gaming peripherals and has expanded the broader Allied brand into business desktops, workstations, and laptops. The company positions itself around making high-performance PC gaming more accessible and is particularly known for customizable gaming systems such as its Stinger, Patriot, and M.O.A.B. product families, along with high-profile custom PC collaborations.
System suddenly shuts down, will not power on, or experiences complete PSU failure. Reports include repeated PSU failures, inadequate power delivery, electrical sparking, and tripped household circuits.
HDDs and SSDs become unreliable, stop functioning, or cause severe system lag and instability. Some customers report repeated drive replacements on the same Allied system.
Liquid-cooling pumps and other CPU cooling components become noisy, slow down, or stop operating correctly. Cooling failure can cause excessive CPU temperatures and protective shutdowns.
Defective or unstable memory causes boot problems, crashes, or general system instability. RAM replacement has been reported as necessary after troubleshooting affected Allied systems.
Motherboard faults or BIOS-related problems can cause freezing, failed boots, shutdowns, and loss of normal system functionality. Some reports describe motherboard failure after extended use or problems associated with BIOS configuration and updates.
The system powers up but produces no usable display because the graphics card is loose, improperly seated, or otherwise not communicating correctly. Shipping-related GPU movement has been documented on Allied prebuilt systems.
A newly delivered PC fails to start despite being correctly connected to power. Typical symptoms include no fans, no lighting, and no response from the case power button.
Systems unexpectedly restart, shut themselves off, or produce repeated blue-screen errors during normal operation. These symptoms can result from underlying power, memory, storage, cooling, or motherboard faults.
Fans, cooling hardware, or other internal components develop persistent clicking, chirping, grinding, or unusually loud operating noise. In reported cases, the noise can accompany intermittent lag or indicate a deteriorating cooling or storage component.
