AISpeech repair, service, and parts

Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.

End Use Segment

AISpeech is a Chinese artificial-intelligence and electronics OEM specializing in voice interaction, conversational AI, intelligent audio hardware, and embedded AI technology. Founded in Cambridge in 2007 and subsequently established in China, the company develops its own AISPEECH DFM large-language models, DUI conversational platform, AI voice-processing chips, microphone-array modules, and complete intelligent-device solutions. Its technology is deployed primarily in smart vehicles, IoT/consumer electronics, and smart-office/conferencing equipment. AISpeech also markets finished hardware under its own brand, including AINOTE AI office devices, MC-series ceiling microphones, M-series conference speakerphones, C-series AI conferencing cameras, and audio-visual tracking equipment. The company is particularly known for integrating speech recognition, far-field microphone processing, natural-language dialogue, AI chips, and cloud/edge AI into hardware products and OEM solutions.

2 Most Seen Failures:

Microphone Pickup Failure

One or more microphone elements stop capturing audio or exhibit severely reduced sensitivity, causing weak, intermittent, or completely absent voice pickup. Connector faults, microphone element degradation, bias-voltage problems, and blocked or damaged microphone paths are common causes.

Poor Far-Field Voice Recognition

The device struggles to detect or clearly capture speakers at normal conference-room distances despite functioning at close range. Microphone sensitivity variation, excessive noise, improper array operation, or degraded microphone elements can significantly reduce recognition and pickup range.

Echo Cancellation Failure

Remote participants hear echo, feedback, or repeated playback audio during calls. Problems in the reference audio path, microphone signal clipping, incorrect signal levels, or faults involving the codec, amplifier, speaker, or microphone circuitry can prevent AEC from operating correctly.

USB or Host Connection Failure

The conference speakerphone, microphone, or camera is intermittently disconnected or no longer detected by the connected computer. USB connector wear, cable faults, interface circuitry failures, or unstable device power are typical hardware-related causes.

No Audio Output

The unit powers on but produces no speaker output, startup announcement, or conference audio. Speaker connection faults, failed audio amplifier circuitry, damaged output components, or power-rail problems can interrupt the audio path.

Distorted or Low Speaker Audio

Speaker output becomes unusually quiet, distorted, crackling, or breaks up at higher volume levels. Speaker degradation, impedance problems, loose connections, amplifier faults, or damaged audio-output circuitry can produce these symptoms.

Power or Startup Failure

The device fails to power on, repeatedly restarts, or remains unresponsive after power is applied. Failed power regulation, damaged input circuitry, shorts, or abnormal internal supply rails can prevent the processor and audio hardware from initializing.

Camera or Auto-Tracking Failure

AISpeech C-series conference cameras may provide video while speaker framing, voice-linked tracking, or PTZ behavior becomes inaccurate or stops responding. Camera/PTZ hardware, motor mechanisms, microphone localization input, communication interfaces, or tracking-box connectivity can cause loss of automated tracking.

Microphone Array Channel Imbalance

Individual channels within a multi-microphone array develop different sensitivity, excessive noise, clipping, or missing audio, degrading beamforming and speaker localization. Faulty microphones, poor connections, bias-circuit problems, electrical interference, or damaged analog front-end circuitry are typical causes.

1 Acme Revival offers repair, service, and part rebuild opportunities for most AISpeech devices.

Connect with a technician.

  1. 1 Repairs are performed on a best-effort basis. Acme Revival utilizes a network of sophisticated technicians and engineers with diverse service offerings; despite this, factors that influence the repair outcome may ultimately prove unsuccessful. Acme Revival makes no claim that it can, guarantee a repair before your device is sent in for diagnostic evaluation; even then, repair and diagnostic work are not mutually exclusive. Despite well-intentioned quoting, repairs may still prove unsuccessful.
  2. 2 Per information known, researched and collected by Acme Revival and its systems at time of page publishing (September 14, 2026).
