Restricted Airflow / Low Air Output
Airflow becomes weak as the cHEPA and Gas & Odor filters accumulate particulate contamination. Severe restriction can reduce purification performance and place additional load on the blower system.
Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.
Airgle Corporation is an air-quality equipment OEM established in 1999 specializing in premium and medical-grade air purification systems for residential, commercial, healthcare, dental, institutional, and industrial environments. Its product portfolio includes portable room air purifiers such as the AG300, AG600 and AG900, clean-room/medical purification equipment, HVAC-compatible systems, and fresh-air ventilation equipment. Airgle is particularly known for combining high-efficiency cHEPA filtration, activated-carbon filtration and its Titanium Pro ultraviolet/photocatalytic oxidation technology to address ultrafine particles, airborne microorganisms, odors and volatile organic compounds. Several of its room-air purifier models are FDA-cleared Class II medical devices, distinguishing Airgle from many consumer-only air-purifier brands.
Airflow becomes weak as the cHEPA and Gas & Odor filters accumulate particulate contamination. Severe restriction can reduce purification performance and place additional load on the blower system.
The internal blower may become noisy, run inconsistently, fail to reach commanded speed, or stop operating entirely. Bearing wear, motor degradation, fan imbalance, or accumulated contamination are typical causes in continuously operated air purifiers.
The particle/air-quality sensor may become contaminated and produce inaccurate or unchanging air-quality readings. Airgle specifically calls for periodic cleaning of the sensor lens, making contamination a significant source of apparent sensor failure.
The filter-life warning may continue flashing after filters have been replaced or fail to reset correctly. This can result from an unsuccessful reset procedure or a fault involving the control panel or filter-life monitoring electronics.
The Titanium Pro photocatalytic UV module eventually loses operating life and triggers the lamp warning indicator. A failed or exhausted module reduces the purifier's UV/photocatalytic treatment capability and requires module replacement.
The LCD or control interface may become blank, intermittently responsive, or fail to display operating information correctly. Failure can involve the display assembly, buttons, internal connections, or associated control electronics.
Wi-Fi-equipped AG300, AG600, and AG900 units may fail to pair with or remain connected to the Airgle mobile app. Problems can originate with the purifier's wireless/control electronics as well as network configuration or connectivity conditions.
Units may develop abnormal humming, rattling, vibration, or increased mechanical noise during operation. Common mechanical causes include blower imbalance, bearing deterioration, contamination, loose internal components, or airflow restriction.
The purifier may fail to power on, shut down unexpectedly, or operate intermittently because of a power-supply or main control-board fault. These failures can disable the fan, display, sensors, UV module, or the entire unit.
