Case, fan, or cooler LEDs stop illuminating, become stuck on one effect, flicker, or fail to respond to motherboard RGB software. Common fault areas include the LED controller/hub, ARGB wiring, connectors, and individual LED circuits.
AeroCool H66-series and integrated case hubs may stop responding to the case buttons, remote control, motherboard synchronization, or fan-speed commands. Fans or LEDs can remain powered while the controller itself no longer responds correctly.
Case and radiator fans develop rattling, grinding, whining, vibration, or startup hesitation as their bearings wear. Advanced bearing wear can cause excessive shaft play and eventually prevent the fan from starting or maintaining speed.
One or more fans may stop rotating even though their RGB lighting remains functional. Typical failures involve the fan motor/bearing assembly, proprietary fan connector, hub output channel, or fan-power circuitry.
AeroCool power supplies may fail to start the computer, briefly start and immediately shut down, or become completely unresponsive. Internal PSU component failure must be distinguished from loose AC, motherboard, or peripheral power connections.
Systems using affected AeroCool power supplies may abruptly power off or restart, particularly as electrical load increases. Degraded regulation, protection-circuit activation, overheating, or internal PSU component failure are common hardware-level suspects.
USB ports integrated into AeroCool cases can become intermittent, disconnect devices during transfers, or stop recognizing devices altogether. Failures commonly trace to the front-I/O PCB, USB cable/header connection, connector wear, or damaged port contacts.
The front-panel LED control button may stop changing lighting modes or become completely unresponsive. The switch, small front-I/O PCB, connecting lead, or RGB controller input can fail and leave the lighting stuck in its last operating mode.
AeroCool AIO coolers can develop inadequate or absent coolant circulation, abnormal pump noise, or rapidly elevated CPU temperatures. Likely hardware faults include a worn or stalled pump, pump electronics, internal blockage, or deterioration within the sealed coolant loop.
