AC Infinity repair, service, and parts

Acme Revival is an independent repair network that operates separately from the manufacturers whose devices we service. Our independence enables a repair model that exists beyond manufacturer-controlled strategies, while preserving the ability to work with manufacturers where appropriate.

AC Infinity is a U.S.-based environmental-control and indoor-growing equipment manufacturer best known for integrated ventilation, climate-control, and hydroponic grow systems. Its product ecosystem includes CLOUDLINE inline duct fans, CLOUDLAB grow tents, IONBOARD/IONFRAME grow lights, UIS smart controllers, circulation and clip fans, humidifiers, heaters, air filtration equipment, carbon filters, ducting, cabinet and AV cooling systems, and related environmental sensors and controls. The company originally built its reputation around air movement and thermal-management products but has expanded heavily into indoor horticulture, positioning its UIS platform as a connected ecosystem for automatically managing temperature, humidity, airflow, lighting, and other grow-environment variables. AC Infinity describes itself as focused on environmental controls for agricultural, HVAC, and audio-video applications and calls its offering the “world’s largest ecosystem of smart grow equipment.

2 Most Seen Failures:

Oscillation Mechanism Failure

CLOUDRAY oscillating fans commonly develop clicking, grinding, jerky movement, or completely stop oscillating while the fan blades continue running. Reports frequently associate the failure with wear or stripping in the small oscillation motor, bushings, or internal gearing.

UIS Device Connection Failure

Fans, humidifiers, and other UIS devices may intermittently disappear from CONTROLLER 69-series ports or repeatedly connect and disconnect. Faulty UIS cables, connectors, device-side ports, or controller ports are commonly implicated.

Controller Port / Output Failure

CONTROLLER 69, 69 Pro, and related controllers can develop ports that no longer recognize or correctly command connected equipment. Affected fans, lights, or humidifiers may remain off, run at full output, or work normally again when disconnected from the controller.

Temperature / Humidity Probe Failure

Controller sensor probes can produce erratic readings, stop reporting temperature or humidity, or disappear completely. A bad probe can cause automated ventilation and humidity equipment to activate at incorrect times.

Cloudforge Humidifier Electronics Failure

CLOUDFORGE T3 and T7 humidifiers have recurring reports of blank displays, sudden shutdown, loss of UIS recognition, or units becoming effectively unresponsive. In some cases a failed humidifier can also interfere with other devices connected to the same controller.

Humidifier Water Leakage

CLOUDFORGE humidifiers can leak water into the base or through the lower housing, sometimes because of reservoir-valve problems, condensation return, or internal water-path faults. Severe leakage can expose electronics to moisture and lead to secondary electrical failure.

Controller Wi-Fi / Bluetooth Failure

CONTROLLER 69 Pro and other app-enabled controllers can repeatedly lose Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity, fail to reconnect, or require power cycling and re-pairing. Some units continue controlling locally while remote monitoring and programming become unreliable.

Fan Motor / Bearing Failure

CLOUDLINE and circulation fans can develop abnormal humming, rattling, grinding, reduced speed, intermittent operation, or complete motor stoppage. Progressive bearing or motor wear is the typical hardware failure pattern once obstruction and controller problems are ruled out.

UIS Connector / Cable Strain Failure

CLOUDRAY fans and other UIS hardware can develop intermittent operation when the control cable or connector is moved. Mechanical strain at the connector can cause unstable communication, sudden full-speed operation, controller disconnects, or complete loss of remote control.

Connect with a technician.

  1. 1 Repairs are performed on a best-effort basis. Acme Revival utilizes a network of sophisticated technicians and engineers with diverse service offerings; despite this, factors that influence the repair outcome may ultimately prove unsuccessful. Acme Revival makes no claim that it can, guarantee a repair before your device is sent in for diagnostic evaluation; even then, repair and diagnostic work are not mutually exclusive. Despite well-intentioned quoting, repairs may still prove unsuccessful.
  2. 2 Per information known, researched and collected by Acme Revival and its systems at time of page publishing (September 15, 2026).
