The company positions itself around delivering premium or near-premium acoustic performance at comparatively accessible prices, with particular emphasis on multi-driver designs, active noise cancellation, ergonomic industrial design, and sound tuning. One earbud becomes completely unresponsive while the opposite side continues to operate normally. Reports commonly describe a left or right bud that produces no LED, audio, or Bluetooth activity even after charging and resetting.
One or both earbuds intermittently fail to charge because the charging pads or spring-loaded case pins do not make reliable electrical contact. The affected earbud may remain discharged despite being stored in an otherwise charged case.
Individual earbud batteries can deteriorate until runtime becomes dramatically shorter than the opposite side or the earbud dies within minutes of use. Charging-case batteries can also lose capacity or discharge abnormally quickly with age.
The earbuds may fail to pair together correctly, leaving only one side connected or requiring repeated resets and re-pairing. Some models also exhibit intermittent failure to reconnect automatically after being removed from the charging case.
Wireless audio can intermittently cut out, skip, lag, or momentarily disconnect even when the source device is nearby. This behavior has been reported on models including the Stylish True Wireless and Aero.
One or more microphones may become extremely quiet, intermittent, distorted, robotic, or completely nonfunctional during calls. In some cases microphone openings become obstructed, while others appear to involve actual microphone or internal hardware failure.
An earbud may continue to connect and respond normally but produce substantially reduced volume or no usable audio. Recurring causes include blocked acoustic meshes, driver-related faults, or deterioration of the affected channel.
The charging case may stop accepting a charge, show no status LED, or fail to deliver power to the earbuds. Some reports describe the case appearing completely dead after its battery reaches a deeply discharged state.
Touch-sensitive controls can become intermittent or stop recognizing commands, while physical controls on some models develop looseness or inconsistent operation. Control problems may occur independently or alongside pairing and synchronization faults.
