Reviving Surgical Visualization to Support Patient Care

What we did

Stryker develops medical technologies used by healthcare professionals around the world, making dependable specialized equipment an important part of its work. When a Lynx EVO developed excessive noise and vibration in its head unit and stopped projecting an image, the device was sent to Acme Revival for evaluation. Technicians traced the problem to compromised internal structural supports, which affected the stability of the assembly and its ability to project properly. Acme Revival serviced the unit to address the structural failure, with attention to securing and realigning the internal components and optical system. Following the repair, testing confirmed that the vibrations had been reduced and the device was projecting properly again. The service concluded with a successful outcome, returning Stryker’s Lynx EVO with its original functional complaint resolved.
