Reviving Pulse Oximetry for Worker Health Monitoring

What we did

Cleveland-Cliffs, a major North American steel producer, operates in demanding industrial environments where reliable electronic equipment helps support day-to-day operations. When a Dataforth SCM5B41-01 signal conditioning module developed an operational problem, the unit was sent to Acme Revival for evaluation and service. This type of module is designed to isolate, condition, and accurately transmit analog signals within industrial measurement and control systems, making dependable electronic performance essential. Acme Revival evaluated the documented fault and completed the approved service needed to address the original issue. After the repair work was completed, the module underwent functional testing to verify its operation and confirm that the initial complaint had been resolved. The service concluded with a successful repair outcome, returning Cleveland-Cliffs’ Dataforth module to working condition for continued use.
