Reviving Patient Warming to Support Veterinary Care

What we did

Ethos Veterinary Health supports specialty and emergency veterinary care, where dependable patient-warming equipment helps maintain controlled temperatures during treatment and recovery. When a Bair Paws 875 warming unit experienced heating problems, it was sent to Acme Revival for evaluation and service. Inspection revealed a loose internal temperature-control potentiometer, a clogged air-intake filter, and a need for temperature recalibration. Acme Revival secured the potentiometer, cleaned the filter to restore proper airflow, and recalibrated the system to maintain a stable 42–43°C operating temperature within manufacturer specifications. The unit was then operated for approximately one hour, maintaining consistent warming output without fluctuation or loss of performance. With the original complaint resolved and testing confirming stable operation, the repair concluded successfully, returning Ethos Veterinary Health’s Bair Paws 875 to its intended working condition.
