When a NewTek TriCaster TC Mini, a compact video production system used for live switching, recording, and multimedia production, stopped powering on, the unit was sent to Acme Revival for evaluation. With no error messages or signs of physical trauma, the initial diagnostic assessment pointed toward the internal power-supply subsystem or its startup and enable circuitry as the likely source of the no-power condition. Acme Revival proceeded with the approved service, using the diagnostic direction to address the reported failure. The Service Detail ultimately confirmed that the chief complaint was resolved and recorded the repair outcome as successful, returning Colgate University’s TriCaster TC Mini after completion of the repair.
