Renewing Vision Testing Precision for Patient Care

What we did

Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation’s largest integrated healthcare organizations, relies on specialized equipment to support clinical care across its facilities. When a Nidek RT-5100 console control panel developed a problem with its card reader, the controller continued pulling cards inward instead of stopping them at the proper position. Acme Revival’s evaluation traced the malfunction to the card reader assembly, which was no longer properly limiting card insertion depth. Technicians recommended replacement of the affected assembly and proceeded with the approved service to correct the documented defect. After the work was completed, the Nidek RT-5100 was tested to verify that the original card-reader issue had been resolved. The service concluded with a successful repair outcome, returning the equipment to Kaiser Permanente with its affected functionality restored.
