What we did

Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services firm, supports facilities and workplaces where dependable building systems are essential to daily operations. When a KMC Controls FlexStat BAC-120063CW-ZEC building automation controller developed a blank display and stopped responding to button inputs, the unit was sent to Acme Revival for evaluation. Designed to provide local control and monitoring within HVAC and building-management systems, the FlexStat depends on a functioning interface for effective operation. Acme Revival evaluated the controller and completed the approved service needed to address the documented malfunction. Following the repair, the unit was tested to verify that the original display and control issues had been resolved. The service concluded with a successful repair outcome, returning Cushman & Wakefield’s FlexStat controller to working condition.
