Reestablishing Drive Control for Reliable Brewing Operations

What we did

Oskar Blues Brewery, known for its craft beer and pioneering use of cans in the craft brewing industry, depends on specialized equipment to keep production processes running smoothly. When a Videojet 1210 industrial inkjet printer began shutting down unexpectedly, the unit was sent to Acme Revival for evaluation and service. Designed for continuous production environments, the Videojet 1210 applies identification and traceability information such as dates, lot codes, and other markings to products and packaging. Acme Revival evaluated the intermittent shutdown problem and completed the approved service needed to address the documented malfunction. Following the repair, the printer was tested to verify that the original issue had been resolved. The service concluded with a successful repair outcome, returning Oskar Blues Brewery’s Videojet 1210 to working condition for continued production use.
