Defect: Device will not turn on
Power is not being received by the unit OR the power supply board has a fault.
Attempt to reboot the unit ensuring a viable receptacle with correctly inserted, new fuses. If problem persists, the device will require service below.
If above solution does not resolve defect, the device will most likely require service or repair.
