Defect: Auto-focus or Auto-Capture are not functioning properly
The IR sensors on the nozzle fixture are dirty, damaged, or disconnected, OR voltage inconsistencies or component level damage has occurred.
Clean the external IR lenses using a mild solvent. If problem still persists, the unit will require service.
If above solution does not resolve defect, the device will most likely require service or repair.
