ACME REVIVAL HEREBY WARRANTS THE SERVICE DETAILED HEREIN AGAINST FAILURE, DEFECT, OR FAULT FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF CONFIRMED DELIVERY TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ABOVE. THE WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR THE SPECIFIC REPAIR WORK THAT WAS CARRIED OUT BY ACME REVIVAL. ANY ADDITIONAL OR UNRELATED ISSUES ARISING DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.ACME REVIVAL, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WILL EITHER RE-PERFORM THE REPAIR SERVICE OR, AT THE COMPANY'S DISCRETION, REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE ORIGINAL REPAIR SERVICE, SHOULD A FAILURE, DEFECT, OR FAULT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY OCCUR DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGES OR DEFECTS RESULTING FROM MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENT, ALTERATIONS, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS, OR LACK OF MAINTENANCE ON THE PART OF THE CUSTOMER.
