Significant response and loading times- observed at 19:16:17 UTC+0. The downtime occurred for approximately 40 minutes.

 

November 4, 2020:

A conflict was found with customers shopping in Canadian currency whom also added the 1-year extended warranty. The warranty license was not properly registering, and, only effected a small number of users. The bug has been resolved and no further action is required by customers.

January 22, 2020:

The warranty claim process rejected certain image file types upon upload of specifying a device defect. Some images may not upload properly. A developer ticket is open and is currently ongoing to resolve the issue.

 

October 22, 2020:

The main Help Desk email (help@acmerevival.com) experienced issues sending and receiving email for a nine hour period- primarily in overnight (North America) hours.

Acme House in Denver experienced significant snowfall causing mild delays with the FedEx Ground and FedEx Express networks. Normal operations are expected to resume on March 16th. Some fulfillments may experience a two-three day delay from this facility.
